Frank Carlson Library
Trustee Policy

1. The Board of Trustees of the Frank Carlson Library meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 5 pm in the Library's Frank Carlson Room.



2. Election of Officers is held at the May meeting. Officers serve terms of one year. The four offices are President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.



3. Annual audit: The Frank Carlson Library will have an annual audit performed as required by Kansas Statutes Annotated and the City of Concordia.



4. Quorum: A quorum shall be a majority of the members of the Board and is required for the transaction of official business.



5. Special meetings may be called at the request of the President of the Board for the purpose of discussing urgent library matters. Three days notice shall be given.
